Statement
Your dog is most
often one of your closest friends and it can be very hard
on both you and your dog when he or she has canine diabetes.
The "solution" offered
to canine diabetics is usually to be put onto drugs and/or
insulin, which does not address the diabetic condition itself.
These medications merely suppress one of the symptoms of the
diabetic condition -- raised blood sugar levels. It's like
having a fire burning in your living room and turning on the
exhaust fan in the kitchen to pull the smoke out of the house.
But the fire is still burning in the living room!
This is the reason that canine
diabetics are often started on one medication, then the dosage
has to be increased, then a second or even third drug has
to be added, and eventually insulin is added. By this time
the canine diabetic is often beginning to see the signs of
diabetic complications setting in. Complications that result
in blindness, kidney failure, heart disease and fatal heart
attack, all because the diabetic condition itself is not
being addressed!

how to improve their dog's life and condition if they are
provided with true and correct information. We also provide
